Monkey mind

Hi all, I am keen to start FB Fit since it has rave reviews and I want to lose about 5 kg fairly quickly if possible. However, I struggle with boredom/the mind wandering off (this is no reflection on K&D - just my own monkey mind) with 30 min workouts - do any of you have any hacks for how to get thru 50 min workouts? The length of the workouts in FB Fit is causing me to wonder how to focus through the whole thing.
