Hi everyone! This is not Fitness Blender related but since I also do their workouts, I decides to ask an advice from you guys. So, I also follow another fitness youtuber and that person disseminated a new challenge wherein 100 squats will be done for thirty days in order to have a big butt. I am planning to do it but is it safe? What I mean is doing it straight for 30 days even without rests? I'm sorry if this might be a common sense question or dumb question but I am still not that knowledgeable when it comes to fitness as of now. Thank you very much! ☺
