Getting going again after falling off track

I let my work woes throw me off for far too long and I decided today to stop feeling sorry and angry about work and to get back on track with training and taking better care of my health. Since I love lifting weights, I just bought my first ever FB program, FBStrong, hoping that it will give me extra motivation on my road back to a healthy lifestyle. I plan to combine this program with long walks, now that the weather is cooperating.

So today I walked 4km and completed day 1 of FBStrong. I'm a completist by nature, if I start something (a series of books, a tv show, etc), I must finish it and I know it will be the same with this program. I finally have something positive to look forward to.
