Best Own Workout Schedule

Hi all,

I'm coming to the end of my first FB workout - FB30 round3. Love it and definitely seen some changes (looking forward to the final day physical challenge test) but wondering if I go it alone what schedules do you run?

Do you do HIT/cardio 3x week with strength training on the others or just a good mix like the programs?

To be honest I'll either do an abs or upper body program next but like to consider my options :-)
