what next? booty and flex or something else?

I'm finishing up Fitness Blender ABS this week and I am pleased with my decision to do that particular plan. I'll likely repeat it in July or August. Right now I'm struggling with whether I can do booty and flex at the same time. For those of you who have done one or both were you say the pros and cons are? I would love to work on my upper body strength but I am still not pleased with my thighs. I have the time to commit to do both I just don't want to be sore for an entire month straight lol thanks for your input!
