Soreness

Hi guys,

I've done three total body workouts in the last two days and I am feeling sore all over my body. How do you manage these soreness? How many days do you exercise and how many days for rest? I did Hiit but also alternate to low impact so I can adjust and not quit easily. There is no pain though but the feeling in the leg area tingles. Also what time do you often exercise as am aiming for good sleep as well. TIA.
