Vacation = missed workouts. How to bounce back?

Hi guys. So I'm pretty new to Fitness Blender, but I worked out with some of the free videos last fall and decided to buy a workout program, the FB Bodyweight, about two weeks ago. I ended up going home for Mother's Day, so I missed 3 days of the workout schedule. I know I'm not supposed to work my body too hard, but I want to get caught up. Is it okay to double up on workouts to catch up? Or should I just extend the calendar schedule by 3 days? I want to see results and I'm worried that if I over exercise, as I've done in the past, it will do more harm than help. Any advise?
