Considering those needing less impact

I've been on FB for several years now, having found them when I was looking for low impact videos. Why was I in search of low impact? I have a damaged ankle with little cartilage. As a result I have a knee that is deteriorating. I don't share for sympathy, pity, etc. I scrolled through "low impact". There are only 4 pages. Many contain lunges and squats. However, I really couldn' t find any HIIT that didn't have some squats, lunges, jumping and twisting. I realize, K & D,

the two of you are fairly young and healthy. In reading posts however, I am noticing more and more followers who are 50+. Please have some empathy for us....we would ❤️ some workouts that are HIIT, challenging, without having to constantly modify. MANY MANY people have knee issues, of all ages; how about no lunge/squat workouts??? Maybe even a category for "bad knees" exercises😉... just a wish of mine. I still love what you have given me. thanks!!
