How are you feeling today? What workouts are you planning on doing?
I think I'm gonna try this upper body one:
I'm on the 6th day of my workout week, so I'm gettin pretty tired. Definitely taking a rest day tomorrow. (Plus, I have to catch up on yard work again, so that'll keep me moving most of the day).
Just out of curiosity, how many days a week do you guys workout?
