FB strong and hamstrings/knees?

Hey all!

I'm already looking for my next workout program to do after Low Impact (due to weak knees and a sore hamstring). My physical therapist took a look at my form during various exercises and advised me to skip lunges and squats for now and take it easy on lower body workouts so as not to aggravate the hamstring any further. It's nothing serious yet and in fact steadily getting better.

I own Low Impact and FB30 and I dislike hiit, so I'm a bit hesitant to do FB30 next. Would FB Strong be a good option for me, even without any squatting or lunges? Or is there a better program for me to lose fat and get stronger?
