FB Low Impact program almost completed - what next?

I can’t believe it, but I’ve almost finished the FB Low Impact workout program - all I have left to do is the fitness test tomorrow morning. I’ve really enjoyed the program, and now I’m trying to figure out what I should do next. I was thinking of trying one of the 8-week FB 30 programs and maybe increasing the weights I’ve been using - I did the low impact program with very light weights. My goals are to lose weight (or more importantly, lose fat) and to increase my strength. I’m also doing 3 run-walking sessions a week with my friend. We are up to intervals of 5 min run/ 1 min walk, covering between 5 and 6.5k. We are doing a 5k fun run in June and then might try for a 10k in the fall. Should I start with FB 30? If so, which round? Or do people have another suggestion for a program? I have to say, I’m feeling really proud of myself for sticking to it and not missing a workout - especially after not doing any regular workouts (aside from periodic running/swimming) for several years.
