ABS AND FLEX ADVICE

Hey everyone!

In preparation for my wedding in two months, I'm interested in working mostly on my arms and abs. I don't really need to lose any more weight, but I'd like to build more muscle in those areas (my arms are slim but super flabby at the moment). I would like to purchase two programs: flex and abs round 1, but I would like to get some advice as to how to do these two programs at the same time while making sure I don't overexercise.

Have any of you guys done both this programs together? If you have, please let me know how you went about it.
