Another playlist - for (against) sedentary days

Hi!

I'm supposed to do a lot of writing/desk work today - at home, not at my office. So obviously I made a playlist (hello, procrastination!) to keep myself moving. The idea, again, is that the first and the last video on the list are my minimum, each of those in between count as "extra credit".

My goal is to set my timer and get up every hour and do one of those videos. I kept them short and I tried to alternate between more cardio-focused and calmer stretching videos so that I remain warmed-up throughout the day.
