I made a thing - Busy Mama Challenge

Inspired by Petia's question I made three playlists and labeled them "Busy Mama Challenge". My idea was to regard the warm-up and the cooldown as the baseline for each day. I chose shorter routines for in-between, and completing any number of those is good. I made a list for lower body, upper body and core&cardio (but I added a core routine to the upper and lower body days, too, because that's always good).

This is just an idea. I'm not an expert, I'm in now way affiliated with Fitnessblender, and this is just a try (the way I'd build my own programmes). All I wanted to show is - yes, it's enough. Everything better than nothing is enough.
