A bit lost on where to begin

Hi all!

I am in the midst of shaking up my weight loss journey and am interested in FB programs. I am hopelessly lost when it comes to fitness and scheduling and think these programs will help. The only thing is there are so many programs I have no idea where to begin. I am very overweight and not physically fit at all. I am just wondering if anyone had a recommendation as to what would be a good program starting off point.
