What days do you work out on each week? Set days or whenever you can....

Just interested (nosey!) really, as I work-out on the same days each and every week and I wondered whether other people mix it up each week depending on schedules etc?

I always rest on Mondays & Thursdays, then train the remaining 5 days. I work part time so I spend Wednesday & Friday at home and I can usually get in a good, lengthy workout whilst the kids are at school, I do a quicker one on Tuesday and then slightly longer at the weekends too. I do shuffle it around a bit if we have stuff on at weekends, otherwise I stick to that schedule quite strictly. I think it helps me mentally get into the 'workout day' zone and not make excuses not to exercise :-)
