Trying to listen to my body

I have been trying to listen to my body more. Today I was just too tired from lack of sleep to do my scheduled HIIT and strength, so I did day one of the 3 day flexibility challenge. Wow, did I need it! I was sore and tight in spots I had never realized! Will definitely integrate more stretching into my fitness blender. Thanks K &D
