Strong complete!!

yay!!

I have finished Strong yesterday 🙊 I love it! That is definitely one of my favourites! but next time I will buy poweblocks for it! Normal dumbbells are a pain in the a** for that program 😂

and I am pretty proud of my PFT results

1km 7:43 min -> 6:37 min

pushups full 5 -> 7

pushups half 9 -> 13

squats 50 -> 60 with 9kg

Next chapter on my adventure will be FB Sweat cause I crave some more HIIT!

Oh and by the way. my name is Lisa, I am 25 and from Bavaria. I started my journey with Fitnessblender beginning of march! And thanks for all the people who post their workout complete or finished programs because that is very motivating!
