Taking an unscheduled rest day

Hi all,

So I’m supposed to be doing fb sweat day 10, but I’m sore and exhausted and could barely get through warm up. So I’m giving myself and unscheduled rest day. I know it’s what I’m supposed to do, but I feel so guilty about it. (I’m super type a and am extremely goal oriented- if I tell myself I’m going to workout five days a week, it’s really hard for me to not follow through). Can anyone relate, or have any supporting words to share?
