Lose fat build muscle

Hi everyone, I would like to know which programme would be best to lose fat and build muscle. I'm not too bothered about weight loss I just want to look lean. Any pointers in the right direction much appreciated. Also I noticed most of the workouts are 5-6 days a week, are there any that may be longer in time and maybe 3-4 days a week?
