FB Strong

Hey guys, I haven't purchased any programs yet, but I have been considering buying FB Strong. I know most of the whole program is strength training, which is great! Usually when I do my upper body workouts I also like to pair it with a HIIT workout since upper body workouts tend to be a bit shorter overall. Not sure how the program is set up, but I was wondering if any of you guys incorporated HIIT into one of the upper body days or if that is not a good idea? Just curious. Thanks!
