FB Strong Complete!

Just finished the last day of FB Strong, and I've noticed some significant gains in strength!

Bicep Curl - started at 12.5lbs per hand, now at 17.5lbs per hand

Tricep Kickback - started at 7.5lbs per hand, now at 15lbs per hand

Squat - started at 115lbs, now at 145lbs

Romanian Deadlift - started at 90lbs, now at 100lbs

Chest Press - started at 15lbs per hand, now at 25lbs per hand

Overhead Press - started at 10lbs per hand, now at 20lbs per hand

Close Row - started at 20lbs per hand, now at 40lbs per hand

I think it's safe to say FB STRONG is aptly named. :) Now on to FB Abs!
