8 week FB fit level 3 alternatives

Hi everyone,

I am currently doing the 8 week FB fit program round 2, but I find that some of the lower impact level 3 cardio workouts are too easy for me. I feel like I don't sweat as much, and I feel like I just waste 40-50 minutes of not doing much. I love the level 4-5 HIIT workouts, and fast paced strength training, but I just don't feel as satisfied when I do low impact stuff.

So I was wondering if anyone had tried to swap he level 3 cardio workouts or low impact workouts for a level 4 or 5 HIIT cardio workout instead? Is there anything wrong with doing that?
