Fb fit

Hey everyone

I started fb fit last week. Just finished day 9 today. I like the workouts. They are intense and challenging. But I feel so sore afterwards and so hungry !

I was actually feeling quite miserable today because of that. I know 9 days is too early to notice any change in my body. May be all the soreness and hunger is making me irritable ?should I do shorter routines ?

How long into a program do you see a change ?
