Choosing a program to start

Looking for recommenations on which program to start on? I use to be really active playing soccer from childhood to 26 then 2 kids and 6 years later I was struggling to find my right workout program. A friend recommended I watch some HIIT videos on YouTube by FB and I love them. I've been doing HIIT 3xs a week for the last 4 weeks but I'm ready to step it up and workout more and I'm looking for the right program that lays it out for me on what I need to work on each day to get toned and loose leftover baby weight. I don't mind working hard and getting my ass kicked. Im favoring the Burn program it that that a good place to start or would I be killing myself too much?!
