Addicted to Hiit

Hi all, so this is my third week of going fb 5 days a week. I did fb 30 trial, and now am doing fb sweat. Is anyone else absolutely addicted to hiit? I find myself craving those super intense workouts. I know I can’t do them more than 3 times a week, anyone know why?

Are there other super intense workouts I can do the other two days, or do I need to give my body a break from that kind of thing?
