FBAbs / FBBooty round 2

Hi guys, i‘m about to finish the FBBodyweight round 2 soon and already bought FBAbs and FBBooty round 2. I want to combine these programms. Should i schedule them the same day or a day apart? What is best? And how do you handle the warm ups and cool downs? Thank you very much for your help! :)
