Question about FB Booty programs and lower body workouts in general

Hello, I'm new to the community and looking forward to starting my FB workouts soon! I have done a few here and there in the past, but really wanted an organized approach, so I purchased the FB Flex program. I am focusing on upper body right now b/c I have a stress fracture in one of my toes and am trying to rest it as much as possible. But I did want to add some lower body work in there as well, so that is not getting completely ignored while I do FB Flex.

I did find one workout that was mostly squats and deadlifts. Are there others similar to this? Would it be a waste for me to try the FB Booty (1 or 2) right now? Basically, any lunges, or plyo work or jumping, I will not be able to do. Anything that involves bending the foot, I am trying to avoid. Would FB Booty give me enough lower body workouts if I am limited in what I can do? Are there any other lower body ones that you know of that would be best for me? Thanks in advance!
