beginner workout

hi, guys, I am a 20 yr old guy who is slightly overweight, I have a big belly and fat deposition almost all over my body, especially in my upper body.so i am kind of overwhelmed by the no of choices here.i have never worked out and it hurts a lot the next day.also i cant do most of the exercises including pushups.so how should i start?i want to loose weight mostly.
