Age can't stop me....55 around the corner!

I'm new to Fitness Blender and love that they have 10 min workouts that are challenging. I'm trying to find new ways to get active, other than walking. Since the beginning of the year, my husband and I gave up all sweets and are eating a more Mediterranean style diet. I've notice changes for sure! More energy, slimmer waistline, etc. but I need to step it up with more variety in exercise. Good to meet you all and I look forward to getting more active!
