FB Strong completed

Hi to all!

I've just completed FB Strong, coupled with FB Reach and the odd added cardio or HIIT (never more than 10-15 minutes - am not a fan of either but love to be able to fly up the staircase or run to catch the bus without turning purple). I also added some pilates (my body sorts of craves it every once in a while). So: I definitely feel much stronger (had to up my weights during the last week to keep it challenging), can see some definition in my arms and legs, am much more limber and with improved mood. Although my diet is quite clean and moderate (apart from the occasional glass of wine or social slice of birthday cake), I haven't lost any weight. I did not take pictures or measurements, but my most faithful jeans fit pretty much the same as before. Well worth it, though!
