FB Abs Complete - Review

I finished FB Abs a couple of hours ago. I loved it! The reason why I chose FB Abs is that I wanted to strengthen my core and tone up my abs a little.

Not only was it successful but doing this programme made me realise how important it is to carefully select each routine you plan to do. As the name suggests, FB Abs focuses on the abdominal muscles but it doesn't neglect the other muscle groups either which means there are upper, lower and total body workout routines as well. Throughout the programme, I had sore legs, bottom, arms, etc. (I can't name most of the muscles that were left sore after days and days of sweet torture)

I really enjoyed these four weeks and I recommend this programme to everyone. I've finally managed to decide which programme to buy next. I'm starting FB Burn on Tuesday.
