FB Flex + Booty + Abs, too much?

Hi All,

Would it be too much to do Flex, Booty, and Abs, all at once? It seems one can do upper and lower body on one day, and then abs/cardio the second day. Or, is it better to do an 8 week total body program? (I'm trying to create a total body workout for 4 weeks, as 8 weeks feels like a really long time before I can tell myself, "I finished a program!")
