FB STRONG REVIEW

Please, I need a review of the FB Strong programme from those who have completed it. I am planning my next purchase for when I finish my FB Bored Easily Programme.

Although I enjoyed this current programme, I think I will like less HIIT to help my knees and ankle rest while still getting a good calorie burn.

What is the average calorie burn during an FB Strong workout? Also, did you see any significant change/loss once you completed it?

Did you need to add an additional cardio workout to the programme each day or was the strong video enough for a day?

I appreciate your replies and any additional information you can provide.
