Strength training and handcramps

I've been using fitness blender on and off since 2012 but finally plucked up the motivation to get stronger and have worked out consistently since February.

I'm naturally slim built and if I speak to work colleges about exercising I'm constantly bombarded with the 'you don't need to work out' card but I'm pleased that I've got some strength for possibly the first time in my life. So far I've completed fb burn then fb strong and currently half way through fb abs. I'm loving it.

Anyway I did an impromptu strength training workout yesterday and lifted my heaviest so was super chuffed, hut I had to drop the weights completly by the end not because the targeted muscles were worn out but I was getting serious hand cramp and muscle fatigue.

Has anyone else had this.
