Program for after Low Impact

I'm in my last week of the low impact program. I have never in my life exercised 5-6 days a week. I'm loving it, but am sore some days. I've been able to complete each day, with lighter weights of course and not as many reps for some things.

My goal is to get stronger and fitter by November, but I'm seeing family in July so would like to see progress over the next 2 months. I'm not focusing on the scale, but I probably need to lose 20-25 lbs.

For the next month I can schedule about 30-40 mins a day. I was considering Sweat, Burn or FB30. I do have the bodyweight program, but was keeping that for a long trip when I won't have access to dumbbells.

Any suggestions?
