Dear FB Community ,
this is my first post here on the new FB Website. I have bought and done most of FB Programs First out of support for this lovely kind couple who changed many lives. Second: because i just love working out with them in a structured no excuses Program!
Now my question is: I recently just finished the second round of FB Burn, before that I did two rounds of 8 week programs FB30...Now am thinking of starting another program, around 30 minutes a day..
would you please recommend one?
I was thinking of FB Sweat but am not sure if it would be much different from Burn? Any Advice is welcomed .
