Experience / Success with FBMass

Hello FB-Family :)

In December I will start the FBMass Programm because I want to gain muscle mass. My lower body is pretty strong but my upper body isn't, I want to change that.

To all who successfully completed this Programm, what is your experience with that, do you gain weight, dou you repeated the Programm and do it more than one time?
