To those who already did those two programs: would you think it makes sense to combine those two programs? I wish to keep both upper and lower body balanced, I still want to train both equally, not one more over the other. But I suppose those two programs are more intense on those respective body parts than those general programs where everything is mixed. (Yeah, "blended" 😜) That's why I'm thinking to do them parallel. (Of course switching upper- lower body each day) Any tips/input on that idea? Thank you in advance!
