So I'm totally new to FB and am loving it, this being my first completed week. I'm getting married in May and am looking forward to using The Knot's 6 Month Bridal Body Workout Plan, with the videos/recipes from Fitness Blender according to my body/scheduling needs, and incorporating my personal mindfulness and drama therapy practice to weave balance between body and mind. Thrilled to be here! Looking forward to community and a greater sense of accountability, especially as I am a NY graduate student whose life and love are back in Texas. May can't come soon enough!
