Hi. I’ve been using Fitness Blender for about 10 months and love it.
Realistically I know that in December I will only workout 3-4 days a week and then get back to more in January. I thought I saw a 4 day a week program mentioned one time but I can’t find it when I search. Of course I could just skip a day or two of a 5 day workout but was just wondering if there was a program for less days a week? PS. I’ve been using FB for 11 months and absolutely love it!
