I've just earned my workout complete, I'm on Day1 of FB Burn (round2). Anyone else doing it?
I've just started back after 2 weeks holidays where I decided I needed I full stop from everything, work and working out. I was generally active but I also indulged in just resting. I feel full of energy now but oh my, I'm still sore after the first wo (I picked a HIIT and upper body video) I did on Sunday. Have a great day! :)
