Which programme?

Hi everyone,

Which of the newer programmes has the most strength training in it?

I'm really enjoying strength training at the moment and have been doing the following

Monday-total body-strength or hiit

Tuesday-upper body

Wednesday-core

Thursday-lower body

Friday-upper body

But it would be so much easier to get one of the programmes. I don't feel like reusing the ones I already have as I really love doing the newer workouts.
