I've been feeling an odd pain through my right leg. At first I thought it was a sciatica pain-like thingy... so I started doing some of those workouts/stretches. It seemed to get better the first days, but then it got worse...
I got an MRI and the result says: mild gluteus tendinopathy + acetabular retroversion.
I'm seeing my doctor in a week, but as I could research it seems that all of the sciatica pain-like exercises are not good for the tendinopathy :(
Does anyone know about some workout videos that could help me with this while I get my appointment?
The pain is very annoying, and I don't want to stop moving.
