I just finished filming this full-body mobility session, and it’s designed to do exactly that. You’ll move through a combination of gentle stretching and controlled movements, working from the mat to seated and standing positions.
We’ll give some attention to the hips, spine, shoulders, hamstrings, and lower back, with plenty of opportunities to slow down and explore your range of motion without forcing it.
One of my favorite things about this session is that it isn’t about seeing how deep you can stretch. Instead, focus on relaxing unnecessary tension, breathing through each movement, and finding a range of motion that feels good for your body.
This can be a great standalone recovery session, something to add after a harder strength or cardio workout, or simply a way to get moving when you’re feeling stiff.
