I'd like to share my ideas, as a 10+ Year Fitnessblender user, starting workout with K&D, than the team just grown up so big and having so much workouts, challenges, programs right now, but as i'm having trouble with motivation and 3am workouts(yes, because of my very early 7am work(til 4pm, and 30min speed walk(7.8km/h) each day from bus station to work, and from work to bu station to get home)), i'd like to go back to workouts and bulding my body.
So, my idea is: 8 Week Long FB Body REComp program.
There will be 5 workout days + 6th optional day(with you choose from 2 videos each week!).
Each video will be 40-55 min long (with progressive overload).
Goal: building muscle + losing body fat, but focusing on healthy, protein based foods+drinking so much water, too.
Weekly splits would look like this:
Week 1-2(40-45min workouts, using basic exercises. 2/3rounds/sets of each exercise)
Week 3 (45-50min workouts, basic exercises with 3/4sets of exercises)
Week 4(Total Body Focused week!, 40min workouts, basic exercises with 3sets)
Week 5&6 (40-45min workouts, basis exercises with 3/4sets)
Week 7 (45-50min workouts, basic exercises with 4/5sets)
Week 8 (Total Body Focused week, 40min workouts, basic exercises with 4sets)
= so
Week 1&2&3&5&6&7 will be LOWER/UPPER/CARDIO&CORE/UPPER/LOWER Split,
Week 4&8 will be TOTAL/CARDIO/TOTAL/CARDIO/TOTAL Split
Week 1&2&3&5&6&7 Splits:
Day 1: Lower Body Heavy Strength + Bodyweight Kickboxing Cardio Finisher
Day 2: Upper Body Medium Strength + Bodyweight Walking Cardio Finisher
Day 3: Athletic Insipred Cardio&Weighted Core&Bodyweight Pilates Core Circuits
Day 4: Upper Body Heavy Strength + Bodyweight Kickboxing Cardio Finisher
Day 5: Lower Body Medium Strength + Bodyweight Walking Cardio Finisher
Day 6: Optional You Choose Day (Optional 1: Mobility with light cardio warm up&stretching cool down, Optional 2: Dynamic Sun Salutation Yoga Flow))
Day 7: TOTAL REST
Week 4&8 Split:
Day 1: Total Body Strength + Tabata Weighted Isometric Hold Finisher
Day 2: Athletic Cardio&Kickboxing Circuits with Weighted Cardio&Bodyweight Pilates Core Finisher
Day 3: Total Body Strength + EMOM Strength Finisher
Day 4: Walking&Kickboxing Circuits with Weighted Core&Bodyweight Pilates Core Finisher
Day 5: Total Body Strength + AMRAP Strength Finisher
Day 6: OPTIONAL YOU CHOOSE(Option 1: Light Walking Workout+Mobility, Option 2: Vinyasa Yoga Flow)
Important: i wrote on the strength days the cardio parts as finishers, because of lifting heavy in the strength parts(=to lift heavy, lift fresh, new energy). And this finisher will be 5-15min longs depends on the days.
And i know the healthy eating is a big part of the fitness journey, so i'd like to see a new 8-Week Eating Plan to ReComp Your Body(with Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten-free/Diary-free... options).
Thanks in advance FB Team!😇🤞
I hope it'll be some day a real program(as my walking&core workout idea, which is still one of my favourite workout video(Kelli's 43min workout)).
Note: I hope Kelli&Daniel you're okay, happy&healthy and hoping one-day you will be filming again, because of missing you guys so much!(so this program could be the whole team program). 🥳
