Since the first thing you see opening the thread is the picture, we'll go straight to that. As I said yesterday the secret project comes with an announcement, so I'll start the sentence and you fill in the blanks:

Okay, I'm also still totall shocked about the workout I just did. To say it in Karen's GK's words: "Holy Moly Cow!", that was a tough workout, I mean, that was just plain torture! The sweat is still literally dripping of my nose typing this -yes I'm writing this right after my workout, so imagine the smell🤢 - but it's all earned sweat. Anyhoo, you're not here to read about how I smell but to tell me all about your workouts or other ways you are/have moving/moved those bodies.
