Program suggestions

Hi team,

I just completed the “30 day challenge” and loved it so much. The structure of the workouts and the increasing intensity over the days was so good. All the trainers meticulously planned this and built it over each other’s workouts. Week 4 was intense but was so worth it. Thanks for this.

I d like to know what other programs are made this way. Unique workouts for the program by all the trainers but building on over each other.
