Programme Format

I LOVE Fitness Blender, I have to say that first. It’s our 10 year anniversary this year…that’s how much 🫶

But 😬 Their new default programme format is driving me mad. Even the ones marketed as pure strength just aren’t enough strength. One lower, one upper and one total a week is just not enough. Please give us a programme with at least four full strength workouts a week.

- upper

- cardio/core

- lower

- upper

- active recovery

- rest

Like the good old days! 😌 I’d probably sneak in extra strength in that format but at least it’s the option! Unless I’m missing something, the last three or four programmes I’ve done have been:

- lower

- upper

- cardio/hiit

- total

- active recovery

- rest

- rest
