workout idea: longer Kelli walking video

I was taking a recovery day recently and pulled up this walking routine https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fun-cardio-walking-workout-indoor-walking-workout-with-no-equipment

I loved the relative simplicity of it. Once I figured out the movement pattern, I could let my mind wander a little and enjoy the interval and my music. I didn't need to spend a lot of mental energy thinking about which muscles were being engaged or any of the other stuff often going through my mind during a quicker paced or complicated workout. It was very "feel good." When it ended, I kind of wanted to go a little longer and thought it would be fun to have a 45 or 50-minute version.
